Devamatha Publishes its first Tri-monthly Newspaper Devamatha Times. I think its the first news paper published by an Arts College. Let it be in the credit of Devamatha or Some other college, its not a factor here. Devamatha times is colourful and its layout and printing should be appriciateable.
